Stools present an interesting challenge to one who wields a paint brush. So many surfaces of different orientation. how do you keep them interesting, fun and cohesive? Here are a few that have submitted to my ministrations.

There is such a variety of things that one can improve with a few moments of time and a little bit of paint or other medium... Here are a few that I have worked on.

It began as a seized opportunity. One of my sons was working at a stringed instrument store. The shop would occasionally end up with instruments that couldn't be played well and were not worth the cost of repairing. Guitars, ukuleles and fiddles.

I took a dive into the marbling technique... paper, fabric and even furniture!
