Using an armature made of wire hangers, plastic margarine tubs and chopsticks, I built this creature with the help of a lot of wallpaper paste, newspapers and masking tape ---lots of masking tape. I really intended for it to be a duck, but as I worked with it, the "duck" determined it wanted to be a Booby, and Booby it became. This is the way one accepts the creature it became in spite of the direction I wanted it to go.

After a good sanding job, he was painted with brushed-on craft paints and sealed with a little clear acrylic spray lacquer. I like the bird he turned out to be. For Sale
