Taggitt, a Scottish Deerhound belonging to our son, was the inspiration for this painting. He was the most laid-back, laid-down dog you could ever run into. In fact, you probably would "step over" him rather than "run into" him for he was usually flopped on the floor looking an awful lot like roadkill. He did not drink Mexican beer, that was my idea.
